1. Acceptance of Terms:
By using JK Online Stores Uganda you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Product Listings:
We display product images, descriptions, prices in UGX, and stock status. We try to keep info accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free. Condition is listed as Brand New, Used, Refurbished, or Old Item for Parts Only.
3. Pricing & Payment:
All prices are in Uganda Shillings (UGX) and may change without notice. Payment is made on delivery or as agreed during order confirmation. This site does not process online payments or store card details.
4. Orders:
Submitting the order form sends your details to us. This is not a confirmed purchase. We contact you via email or phone to confirm item availability, final price, and delivery before any payment is due.
5. Delivery:
Delivery is available within Entebbe and surrounding areas. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns:
Inspect items on delivery. Report damage or major differences from description within 24 hours. Used and refurbished items are sold as-is unless stated otherwise. Returns accepted only for wrong or damaged items.
7. User Accounts:
If you are allowed to create an account on our website, keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for misuse or fraud.
8. Privacy:
We collect name, email, phone, and address to process orders. Messages and order data are stored in our database. We do not sell your data. IP addresses and user agents are logged for security and abuse prevention.
9. Website Use:
Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the site. Do not submit false orders. We may block users who violate these rules.
10. Limitation of Liability:
JK Online Stores Uganda is not liable for indirect damages or loss arising from use of the site or purchased items. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the item.
11. Changes:
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
